Question 1

Do I need an account to track a shipment?

Accepted Answer

No. The code on your receipt, like FA-1042, opens the journey on this site or in the app. An account shows every shipment addressed to your phone in one place.

Question 2

Where do I get a tracking code?

Accepted Answer

Your agent gives you a receipt when they take your barrels in. The code is printed on it, and on the label of every item.

Question 3

What do the five stages mean?

Accepted Answer

Every shipment moves through the same stages, forward only, and never skips one. Received: the agent has your barrels at the warehouse. In transit: the container is booked and moving; the carrier's feed drives this stage. Arrived: docked in Freetown. Customs: cleared by the agent on the ground. Delivered: handed over. The only stage that turns green.

Question 4

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Nothing for customers, ever. Agents pay a monthly plan sized by how many shipments they create: Starter, Growth, or Pro.

Question 5

I run a shipping business. How do I join?

Accepted Answer

Download the app and sign up as an agent with your phone number and business name. Write to us if you want a walkthrough.
