By accessing and using the Fɛn application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our App.
2. Description of service
Fɛn is a package tracking and shipping management platform that allows users to track shipments, manage deliveries, and connect with shipping agents. Our service facilitates communication between users and agents for package delivery purposes.
3. User accounts
To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration, maintain the security of your account credentials, notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, and be responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. User responsibilities
As a user of Fɛn, you agree to use the App only for lawful purposes, provide accurate shipment and contact information, not misuse or abuse the tracking system, respect the privacy of other users and agents, and not attempt to circumvent any security features.
5. Agent responsibilities
If you register as an agent, you additionally agree to maintain accurate and timely shipment status updates, handle packages with care and professionalism, communicate promptly with users regarding their shipments, comply with all applicable shipping and customs regulations, and protect user information and package contents.
6. Privacy and data
Your privacy is important to us. By using Fɛn, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We collect information necessary to provide our services, including contact details, shipping addresses, and tracking data.
7. Intellectual property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Fɛn and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Fɛn provides a platform for tracking and communication only. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay of packages; actions or omissions of shipping agents; accuracy of tracking information provided by third parties; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Tracking information is provided for informational purposes and may not always reflect real-time status.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Text messages
When you create an account, you can agree to receive one-time verification codes by text from Fɛn. We send a code only when you ask for one: to verify your phone number, reset your password, or change your number. Message frequency: one message per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP at any time to stop receiving texts; you will get one confirmation and no further messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
